This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

• Create and launch high-quality mobile applications for iOS and Android platforms.

• Design user-friendly mobile experiences across various domains including insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to streamline intricate user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs, ensuring that mobile applications are stable, scalable, and reliable.

• Continuously enhance application performance, crash rates, loading speeds, responsiveness, memory consumption, and battery efficiency.

• Utilize analytics, production insights, and user feedback to consistently elevate product quality.

• Develop AI-enhanced mobile experiences that deliver significant value to users.

• Contribute to engineering standards, participate in code reviews, and promote ongoing improvement across the mobile platform.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in mobile development.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining production mobile applications on iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin).

• Strong understanding of contemporary mobile architecture patterns and best practices for native platforms.

• Experience with SwiftUI/UIKit or Jetpack Compose/Android SDK.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mobile UX, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design principles.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and troubleshooting production challenges.

• Ability to work independently within a remote, distributed engineering team.

• Strong sense of ownership, prompt execution, and focus on product quality.
