This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Provide expert interpretation in high-pressure situations, which includes medical diagnostics, legal proceedings, and emergency services.

• Effectively navigate intricate jargon within the Medical, Legal, Finance, and Public Safety sectors with immediate response.

• Adhere to the highest global industry standards, ensuring strict confidentiality and impartial mediation.

• Identify and address linguistic friction points to guarantee the utmost integrity of the dialogue.

• Oversee a high-volume queue using a proprietary cloud platform, while maintaining a secure and optimized technical environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level or C2 proficiency in both Russian and English, including specialized terminology and regional dialects.

• Possession of EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residency Card is required.

• Excellent active listening and short-term memory abilities to process and restate complex information in real time.

• Ability to maintain professional composure during high-stress calls, such as those involving crisis management or trauma support.

• A dedicated, sound-proof home office equipped with a high-speed fiber-optic connection (minimum 20 Mbps symmetric).
