RPA Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the RPA team to create automations of varying complexities using Python and orchestration tools like BotCity and others.

• Take responsibility for enhancing the technical capability of the team and assist management in recognizing and adopting new technologies, emphasizing hyperautomation.

• Ensure project goals are met by eliminating obstacles and facilitating communication among all involved teams.

• Develop automation strategies that align with the organization's business goals, guiding the creation and evolution of RPA bots.

• Utilize generative AI to refine code, automate tasks, and boost productivity throughout the development lifecycle.

• Connect various systems through APIs to facilitate efficient automations, ensuring compatibility and interoperability across platforms.

• Conduct thorough testing to verify the functionality and stability of RPA bots, coordinating their validation in staging and production environments.

• Lead the analysis of requirements and the development of complex, scalable RPA solutions, defining automation architecture with a focus on system integrations and security compliance.

• Participate actively in addressing complex issues and making technical decisions, often serving as the primary technical lead for the team and stakeholders.

• Create and maintain ETL (extract, transform, load) processes, ensuring data quality and integrity using Databricks and other data management and processing systems.

• Offer technical support for incident resolution and optimization of automated processes, while producing detailed technical documentation for developed RPA bots.

• Continuously monitor RPA bot performance, implementing updates and optimizations as necessary to ensure maximum efficiency of automated processes.

• Ensure the team has access to current technical documentation.

• Perform other routine duties as required in the area.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with RPA automation tools such as BotCity, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Microsoft Power Automate.

• Proficiency in programming languages including Python, VBA, VBScript, JavaScript, and C#.

• Experience with ETL and data engineering using Databricks, SQL, and related systems.

• Familiarity with relational databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.

• Experience in API integrations (REST/Web Services).

• Knowledge of version control systems using Git.

• Understanding of agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.

• Experience in analyzing complex business processes to identify automation opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

• Development of sophisticated RPA solutions that prioritize efficiency, quality, and stability.

• Strong communication skills for close collaboration with business areas to understand requirements and align solutions.

• Involvement in defining automation architecture and system integration.

• Provide technical support to team members by sharing best practices and helping with complex problem resolution.

• Experience in troubleshooting, testing, and ensuring the operation of bots in production environments.

• Proactive individual with an initiative to suggest improvements and enhancements to automations, while staying updated with trends and new technologies.
