RPA Developer Analyst – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Automation Development: Create, construct, and enhance robust and scalable automation solutions using Python, ensuring the quality and efficiency of automated processes.

• Automation Architecture: Design and establish the architecture for automation solutions, ensuring modularity, reusability, and adherence to software engineering best practices.

• Technical Leadership: Oversee the automation team, mentor junior and mid-level developers, conduct code reviews, and foster the technical growth of the team.

• Process Modeling in Pipefy: Organize and optimize pipes, phases, forms, and native automations within Pipefy, aligning workflows with business requirements.

• Workflow Orchestration in n8n: Create and manage workflows in n8n utilizing native nodes, custom nodes, and conditional logic to automate processes from end to end.

• Testing: Conduct unit, integration, and regression testing to guarantee quality and stability.

• Version Control: Employ version control systems such as Git for team collaboration and to maintain a well-structured change history.

⛳️ Requirements

• Pipefy (Advanced): Thorough understanding of the Pipefy platform, including the creation and management of pipes, native automations, public forms, GraphQL API integrations, and permission management.

• Automation Architecture: Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable automation architectures.

• n8n (Advanced): Extensive experience in developing workflows in n8n, including the use of HTTP nodes, webhooks, conditional logic, error handling, and self-hosting the platform.

• Automation Logic and BPM: Capability to map and model business processes (BPM) and translate them into efficient automated workflows.

• Version Control: Strong proficiency with Git and collaborative workflows (Git Flow, Pull Requests, Code Review).

• Plus: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS) for the deployment and orchestration of automations.

• CI/CD: Understanding of continuous integration and delivery pipelines (GitHub Actions).

• Python: Programming expertise for developing custom n8n nodes or scripts that enhance automations.

• Testing: Experience with testing libraries such as Pytest and mocking frameworks.

• Best Practices: Knowledge of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and design patterns as applied to automations.
