This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Oversee and coordinate the execution of (inter)national robotic automation projects from start to finish, adhering to Movu methodology.
• Provide intricate, tailored solutions as a seasoned project manager.
• Initiate the project kickoff: effectively communicate objectives, structure, timeline, and approach to all stakeholders involved.
• Create clear and detailed project plans: establish milestones and closely monitor task execution through diligent follow-up.
• Strategically plan and allocate resources to ensure peak performance.
• Supervise and ensure strict adherence to budget compliance and guarantee precise invoicing.
• Maintain high-quality standards for deliverables, incorporating interim validation and final acceptance processes.
• Track deadlines and foresee potential changes to prevent delays.
• Remain alert to changes in scope, time, or budget, identifying contract variations when required.
• Proactively assess and manage potential risks.
• Define and monitor success criteria for project completion.
• Maintain transparent stakeholder management and effectively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Organize and facilitate meetings, ensuring clear and consistent reporting.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive approach.
• Beyond a degree, we prioritize personality and mindset.
• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an intralogistics setting; robust PM experience in sectors such as rail, energy, or aerospace, but not IT, will also be considered.
• Proficient in Dutch and English; knowledge of French and/or German is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Prince2, PMBOK) is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel internationally (approximately 20% of the time).
