Revit Architectural Drafter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Create and document residential construction blueprints for plans, elevations, and options to meet daily deadlines.

• Evaluate and submit new plan, elevation, and option drawings to the Vice President of Production.

• Generate a Bill of Materials utilized for estimating material takeoffs.

• Collaborate with the Estimating Department to ensure consistency with estimating and production best practices.

• Update residential construction blueprints to incorporate plan revisions and monthly modifications.

• Create a Bill of Materials utilized for estimating material takeoffs.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree is preferred.

• A minimum of 2 years of drafting experience is necessary.

• Proven computer skills, including advanced proficiency in AutoDesk Revit and a working knowledge of MS Office applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with AutoCAD/AutoCAD Architecture and VisionRez is advantageous.
