This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a Revenue Cycle Solutions Architect, facilitating the design, analysis, and enhancement of revenue cycle processes and solutions.
• Gather and examine data to predict profit and loss associated with healthcare services, projects, and operational modifications, aiding in financial planning and decision-making.
• Conduct cost analysis and forecasting by reviewing available documentation, pinpointing cost-influencing factors, and utilizing historical data, trends, and research to create precise projections.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, management, and clients to convey findings, manage proposals, and deliver cost models and analyses.
• Assess cost alternatives, discover cost-saving opportunities, and support cost management and optimization initiatives.
• Aid in regulatory compliance, including cost transparency obligations, while maintaining cost databases and documentation.
• Undertake additional and distinct responsibilities as assigned, as appropriate.
• A University Degree is required along with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, engineering, or business is preferred.
• Possess strong analytical and technical abilities.
• Experience in healthcare cost estimation is necessary.
• Capability to analyze documentation, pinpoint cost drivers, and generate accurate financial projections.
• Proven experience collaborating with project teams, stakeholders, vendors, management, and clients.
• Ability to assist with compliance obligations and maintain precise records and documentation.
