This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kazakhstan.
• Oversee and address customer and partner claims across various categories, such as logistics challenges, service quality conflicts, billing issues, product-related claims, and contractual exceptions.
• Assess claim eligibility in accordance with internal policies, contracts, and business regulations.
• Gather, evaluate, and analyze supporting documentation.
• Navigate claims to resolution within established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Facilitate both physical and non-physical returns when necessary.
• Authenticate return requests and approvals.
• Monitor return status and guarantee precise updates in the system.
• Serve as the primary contact for all matters concerning claims.
• Work collaboratively with Logistics, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Production departments.
• Ensure proper financial management of claims, including credits, refunds, and reimbursements.
• Keep accurate and complete records in the ERP and related systems.
• Analyze claim volumes, identify root causes, and track resolution times and outcomes.
• Proficient French language skills (both written and spoken) are essential for effective interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
• Strong English language skills (both written and spoken).
• 2-3+ years of experience in claims management, operations, customer operations, finance operations, or dispute resolution.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and a systematic working approach.
• Capability to manage multiple claim types and priorities simultaneously.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work remotely.
