Returns & Claims Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

📋 Description

• Oversee and resolve claims from customers and partners across various categories.

• Register, assess, and address claims related to logistics, service quality, billing, product concerns, and contractual issues.

• Confirm claim eligibility and gather necessary documentation.

• Ensure claims are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).

• Facilitate both physical and non-physical returns.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all claim-related inquiries.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Production.

• Guarantee proper financial management of claims.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional proficiency in French (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

• 2-3+ years of experience in claims management, operations, customer operations, finance operations, or dispute resolution.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Keen attention to detail and a methodical working approach.

• Ability to manage various types of claims and priorities concurrently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
