This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Oversee and resolve claims from customers and partners across various categories.

β€’ Register, assess, and address claims related to logistics, service quality, billing, product concerns, and contractual issues.

β€’ Confirm claim eligibility and gather necessary documentation.

β€’ Ensure claims are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).

β€’ Facilitate both physical and non-physical returns.

β€’ Serve as the primary point of contact for all claim-related inquiries.

β€’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Production.

β€’ Guarantee proper financial management of claims.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Exceptional proficiency in French (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.

β€’ Strong command of English (both written and spoken).

β€’ 2-3+ years of experience in claims management, operations, customer operations, finance operations, or dispute resolution.

β€’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

β€’ Keen attention to detail and a methodical working approach.

β€’ Ability to manage various types of claims and priorities concurrently.

β€’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
