This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
β’ Oversee and resolve claims from customers and partners across various categories.
β’ Register, assess, and address claims related to logistics, service quality, billing, product concerns, and contractual issues.
β’ Confirm claim eligibility and gather necessary documentation.
β’ Ensure claims are resolved within established service level agreements (SLAs).
β’ Facilitate both physical and non-physical returns.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact for all claim-related inquiries.
β’ Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as Logistics, Finance, Sales, Legal, and Production.
β’ Guarantee proper financial management of claims.
β’ Exceptional proficiency in French (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients, partners, and internal teams.
β’ Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
β’ 2-3+ years of experience in claims management, operations, customer operations, finance operations, or dispute resolution.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
β’ Keen attention to detail and a methodical working approach.
β’ Ability to manage various types of claims and priorities concurrently.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Flexibility for remote work.
