Research Analyst – Construction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and research on new residential developments utilizing Zonda’s exclusive research methodologies and tools.

• Analyze and interpret information from various sources, even when data is scarce or incomplete.

• Maintain the accuracy and currency of project and community data through online research, reviews of builder websites, public records, and the analysis of satellite imagery.

• Identify trends, discrepancies, and missing data with a keen analytical perspective.

• Adhere to quarterly research deadlines with a strong emphasis on data integrity, consistency, and completion rates.

• Provide weekly insights and analytics regarding data collection progress to leadership and the Research team.

• Collaborate within a vibrant team while also taking ownership of your region and working independently with assurance.
