This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Employ best practices and tools to gather both functional and non-functional requirements that the system to be created must fulfill.
• Lead, oversee, and guide developers in utilizing requirements process tools.
• Establish a shared vocabulary; categorize the system's essential processes; engage in prototype development.
• Specify report requirements.
• Define records for audit trails.
• Outline the user interface.
• Create supplementary specifications.
• Formulate the Requirements Management Plan.
• Document information categorization.
• Prepare additional specifications.
• Develop a glossary.
• Compile a list of requirements.
• Create the system access profile matrix.
• Prepare system messages.
• Specify functional requirements and use cases.
• Organize the use case model.
• Facilitate the requirements approval meeting.
• Elicit, document, and prioritize initial requirements.
• Maintain business rules.
• A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (either in progress or completed), or any bachelor's degree accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology that consists of at least 360 hours.
• Preferred courses and certifications: CPRE - Certified Professional for Requirements Engineering; IBM Certified Specialist for Rational Requirements Management with Use Cases.
