This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate connections between businesses, cultural and sports initiatives, and measurable social impacts.
• Collaborate within a team dedicated to Incentive Laws, ensuring that all resources are utilized transparently and responsibly.
• Research and implement essential Incentive Laws related to Culture and Sport.
• Provide assistance to clients through email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Evaluate data to authorize payments (CNPJ and CNAE codes).
• Examine fiscal/tax documents and approve them for payment.
• Request necessary documents and bank statements while monitoring expenses.
• Organize, archive, and update documents on the network.
• Prepare and submit account reports in systems like SALIC and SECEC.
• Technical certification or degree in Accounting (Ciências Contábeis) or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Basic proficiency in Excel for data organization and analysis.
• Comfortable in providing client support through email, phone, and online meetings.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dedicated to meeting deadlines.
• Availability to work 100% remotely under CLT (Brazilian labor contract).
• Basic understanding or knowledge of Incentive Laws regarding Culture and Sport.
• Experience in generating financial reports for projects funded by incentives.
