Reporting Analyst, Product Data

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the measurement strategy for healthcare workflow implementations — establishing goals, KPIs, success criteria, and reporting schedules for AI-driven workflow deployments across payer and provider clients.

• Create reusable dashboards, scorecards, and data visualizations in Sigma that represent comprehensive workflow performance: automation rates, containment, escalation trends, task completion, and downstream results such as authorization approvals or appointment confirmations.

• Provide regular and on-demand reports that convert interaction and operational data into clear narratives and actionable insights for Product, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders.

• Examine interaction events across the IntelePeer platform — including telephony, ASR/NLU, orchestration, and EHR/CRM integrations — to reveal how workflows are performing in areas such as prior authorization, referral management, claims status, and patient access use cases.

• Recognize patterns in automation efficiency, intent and slot performance, call containment, and transfer rates that highlight where workflows are providing value and where enhancements are necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or Industrial Engineering — or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant data analytics experience in product, operations, consulting, or customer analytics; experience in contact centers or conversational AI is preferred.

• Proven experience in constructing executive-ready dashboards and reporting materials for external clients or senior leadership is required.

• Background in healthcare IT, revenue cycle, appointment management, or other regulated healthcare workflow settings.

• Understanding of payer/provider administrative processes such as prior authorization, referral management, claims status, or patient scheduling.

• Practical experience with conversational AI implementations or CPaaS platforms and their related telemetry.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, Looker) are advantageous.
