Release Manager – Compliance Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete release process for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring that all assets, metadata, and privacy labels are precise.

• Serve as the internal expert on Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Policies.

• Perform "pre-flight" reviews of new features to pinpoint potential compliance challenges.

• Facilitate post-mortem discussions to document the reasons behind rejections and update internal checklists.

• Collaborate closely with Developers and Product Managers to ensure alignment of roadmap features with changing store requirements.

• Handle all communication with App Store reviewers, managing appeals and seeking clarifications.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in Mobile Release Management, App QA, or a Compliance-focused role within a technology organization.

• Proficient in navigating App Store Connect and Google Play Console.

• Strategic Thinker: You look beyond the immediate release to understand how evolving store policies might influence our 6-month roadmap.
