This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee your daily schedule while delivering occupational rehabilitation services to clients.
• Manage cases with a reasonable caseload and assistance from Rehabilitation Assistants.
• Utilize your clinical expertise to enhance return-to-work outcomes.
• Collaborate with employers and employees to create and execute injury prevention and workplace education initiatives.
• Work in partnership with injured workers, employers, and both medical and allied health professionals.
• Conduct various assessments using your clinical abilities, including initial, workplace, and vocational evaluations.
• A tertiary qualification in Exercise Physiology or Physiotherapy registration with AHPRA or ESSA is essential.
• Prior experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills are crucial, as you'll engage with clients and stakeholders extensively!
• Compassion and kindness are key, along with a strong sense of empathy.
• Well-developed time management skills are essential and advantageous!
• A valid NSW Driver’s License and access to a personal vehicle with comprehensive insurance are required.
