Regulatory Gaming Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee regulatory engagement initiatives, including addressing inquiries, requests, examinations, and audits from regulators.

• Take ownership of both recurring and ad hoc regulatory reporting across various jurisdictions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency.

• Analyze regulatory requirements and convert them into clear, actionable directives for internal stakeholders.

• Act as a primary liaison for regulatory issues, collaborating with Legal, Compliance, Product, Analytics, and Operations to ensure alignment with regulatory and risk management standards.

• Facilitate new market and product introductions by evaluating regulatory requirements and confirming operational readiness.

• Track regulatory changes across jurisdictions and evaluate their influence on compliance policies, operational processes, and product features.

• Lead enhancements to regulatory reporting processes, controls, and documentation to promote scalability and efficiency.

• Cultivate relationships with regulatory organizations and assist with external engagements as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; advanced degree is advantageous.

• Over 5 years of experience in regulatory, compliance, legal, or a related sector within a highly regulated environment.

• Proven track record of interpreting regulatory requirements and translating them into operational processes and controls.

• Experience in managing regulatory reporting across multiple jurisdictions or regulatory agencies.

• Strong organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities and deadlines autonomously.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience engaging directly with regulators and senior stakeholders.

• Background in gaming, sports betting, iGaming, or a similarly regulated sector is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in data, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Excel, JIRA, Confluence, Slack).
