Regulatory Capital Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Organize and maintain the quality of regulatory reports including DLO and DLI, as well as internal presentations, prioritizing regulatory capital.

• Create, revise, and document internal policies pertaining to Basel capital requirements.

• Oversee the preparation and upkeep of Pillar 3 reports in compliance with Central Bank regulations.

• Work in conjunction with technical teams to automate workflows and enhance report production.

• Assist in efforts to adhere to new Central Bank (BACEN) regulations, demonstrating urgency and accuracy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in auditing or within payment institutions, with a robust understanding of regulatory standards.

• Practical experience in regulatory reporting (CADOCs, Pillar 3, DLO, DLI, etc.).

• Excellent analytical abilities along with a comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles related to capital adequacy.

• Proficient in English – capable of understanding technical training and documentation (fluency is not mandatory).
