This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Analyze and monitor regulatory obligations relevant to the financial and payments industry.

• Engage in and observe regulatory discussions pertinent to the sector.

• Perform regulatory evaluations associated with new products, services, and ongoing initiatives.

• Assist in the execution and follow-up of regulatory initiatives and action plans.

• Assess new regulations and compliance requirements, recognizing their implications for the business.

• Foster relationships with card schemes and ensure that business areas adhere to program compliance standards.

• Collaborate across various departments, including Product, Technology, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Engineering, and Project teams.

• A completed degree in a relevant field.

• Experience with payment institutions, acquirers, sub-acquirers, or fintech companies.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Strong understanding of technology and Artificial Intelligence.

• Knowledge of COSIF standards (Type 3 conglomerate).

• Familiarity with regulations applicable to SCFIs and Payment Institutions (IPs).

• Previous experience with licensing processes and regulatory compliance is advantageous.
