Regulatory Affairs Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Formulation and implementation of regulatory strategies

• Ensure that local execution aligns with Tether’s overarching regulatory goals in Latin America

• Assist in the process of securing necessary licensing approvals in designated markets

• Work alongside internal teams to guarantee compliance with regulatory standards

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of regulatory experience in the financial services or crypto-asset sector

• Capability to apply knowledge of essential regulatory frameworks in Argentina both strategically and operationally

• Proven diplomatic skills with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships

• Proficiency in creating regulatory analyses, including the preparation and management of interactions with regulatory bodies

• Established experience working with or within regulatory agencies

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and oral, with experience in public speaking and representing organizations in regulatory conversations

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degrees in Law, Economics, Political Science, or a related discipline are preferred
