This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Regularize the tax status of legal entities at municipal, state, and federal levels, engaging with any necessary authorities.
• Manage intricate regularization processes within payroll (personnel), tax, and accounting departments, while also filing federal, municipal, and state ancillary tax obligations.
• Aid in crafting detailed estimates for complex services and inform clients about associated costs and the stages of the process.
• Conduct consultative selling of regularization services by discerning clients’ specific needs.
• Oversee and update spreadsheets and regularization control reports, ensuring accurate records and clear communication with clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to keep them informed about outstanding issues and the status of the regularization process.
• Initiate processes for tax refunds and voluntary disclosures, arrange tax installment plans, and issue payment guides for tax obligations.
• File ancillary tax obligations such as Sped Contribuições, DCTF - Monthly, DCTF-Web, PGDAS, DASN, DEFIS, and other returns pertaining to Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido company operations.
• Intermediate understanding of tax regulations for companies operating under Simples Nacional and Lucro Presumido regimes.
• Advanced comprehension of tax regularization procedures across municipal, state, and federal levels.
• Proven experience in filing federal ancillary tax obligations.
• Familiarity with processes related to tax, accounting, and payroll (personnel) departments, including calculations of labor-related taxes and specific ancillary obligations.
• Experience with state obligations such as GIA, Sintegra, DIFAL, and ICMS ST.
• Intermediate insight into basic company registration processes with tax and regulatory authorities.
• Intermediate knowledge of accounting bookkeeping.
• Ability to generate complex reports and fiscal documentation.
• Proficiency in managing tax installment plans, issuing, controlling, and offsetting tax payment guides.
• Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and municipal portal systems.
• Capability to identify and interpret complex outstanding issues, including the specifics of state tax and personnel notifications.
• Skill in developing quotes and negotiating processes, adjusting fees based on client requests.
• Advanced expertise in accounting and tax management software (Questor, SIEG, Acessórias).
• Experience with process management and communication tools like Tiflux.
• Intermediate proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
