This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• The auditor is tasked with thoroughly examining all documents that have been electronically submitted by the second line business partner.

• Daily Responsibilities - Review paperwork in accordance with DMV policies, notifying clients and the DMV as outlined by company protocols while auditing an average of at least 600+ deals per day.

• Identify errors that can be rectified and reach out to clients for further information and/or documentation.

• Organize paperwork in the correct document order following Standard Operating Procedures.

• Must possess an auditor’s mindset and instinct (knowing what to look for). Detect errors and prohibited transactions.

• Assess whether a transaction warrants an error notice.

• Highlight errors that can be corrected, and print clear and concise Error Notices for clients.

• Arrange the bundle in the appropriate order.

• Access customer data to reprint necessary paperwork.

• Oversee each bundle after the audit process is completed. Classify errors as critical or fixable and print error reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of one year of experience as a DMV clerk at a dealership, credit union, or relevant experience as a former DMV employee or registration service worker.

• At least one year of experience in an auditing role or a comparable position.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Must be inventive and capable of proposing suggestions to achieve desired outcomes.

• Ability to swiftly learn new technologies.

• Must be a cooperative team member, self-driven, and focused on career growth, with a desire to aid in the company’s development.

• Stay informed about business-related trends within the industry.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities, with the adaptability to respond to continually changing business demands.

• Proficient in both verbal and written communication skills.
