Registration Auditor II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +12 more states.

📋 Description

• Review and audit documentation in accordance with DMV regulations, notifying clients and the DMV as outlined by company protocols.

• Conduct an audit or review of an average of no less than 600 deals each day.

• Identify and flag errors that are correctable, reaching out to clients for any additional information or documents needed.

• Organize paperwork in the correct order as stipulated by Standard Operating Procedures.

• Possess an auditor’s instinct to know what to look for during the review process.

• Detect errors and transactions that are not permitted.

• Assess whether a transaction warrants an error notification.

• Flag correctable errors and generate a clear and concise Error Notice for the client.

• Arrange the document bundle in the appropriate order.

• Access customer information to reprint necessary paperwork.

• Oversee each bundle after the auditing process is completed.

• Classify errors as critical or fixable.

• Generate error reports.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• Minimum of one year of experience as a DMV clerk at a dealership, credit union, or similar role, or prior experience as a DMV employee or registration service worker.

• At least one year of experience in an auditing role or a related position.

• Knowledge of the automotive industry is advantageous.

• Creativity and the ability to provide suggestions for achieving desired outcomes.

• Quick adaptability to new technologies.

• Must be a team player, self-driven, and career-focused, with a commitment to contributing to the company's growth.

• Stay informed about industry-related business trends.

• Demonstrated capability to organize and manage multiple priorities while remaining flexible to shifting business demands.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
