Registered Psychotherapist – Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide virtual therapy services to individuals, including children, couples, and families.

• Assist potential clients during initial consultations and establish ongoing therapeutic connections.

• Conduct initial consultations and aid clients in their transition to continuous therapy.

• Build strong therapeutic relationships that promote client retention and progress.

• Complete clinical documentation promptly, with dedicated time allocated within the session schedule.

• Adhere to clinic protocols and contribute to a seamless client experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Registered Psychotherapist (not in the qualifying period) in Ontario with 3-5 years of experience.

• Strong clinical skills and the ability to connect with clients from the very first interaction.

• Comfortable in a virtual work setting.

• Proficient in guiding initial consultations towards ongoing therapeutic relationships.

• Excellent organizational abilities.

• Availability to work evenings and at least one weekend day.

• Experience in conducting consultations or intake sessions is an advantage.

• Capability to work with a diverse clientele.
