This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
β’ Formulate and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue and expand market presence.
β’ Identify and assess new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
β’ Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and partners.
β’ Guide, mentor, and develop the business development team to optimize performance and achieve objectives.
β’ Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance service offerings and boost customer satisfaction.
β’ Track industry trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning.
β’ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline; MBA is preferred.
β’ Over 5 years of experience in business development or sales, demonstrating a successful track record.
β’ Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
β’ Proficient in analyzing market data and making strategic decisions.
β’ Experience in budget management and sales forecasting.
