Regional Security Manager – UK, MENAT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform operational risk evaluations across warehouses and distribution centers to create and implement customized security measures.

• Oversee third-party security providers, ensuring contract performance, compliance with regulations, and service quality across designated facilities.

• Collaborate with Global Real Estate and system integrators to install and sustain access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection systems.

• Facilitate root cause investigations for incidents of theft, loss, or security breaches.

• Implement preventive strategies and loss prevention protocols.

• Ensure compliance with TAPA and CTPAT standards.

• Monitor key performance indicators.

• Assist in security integration for the launch of new facilities.

• Work alongside warehouse and transportation teams to enhance regional supply chain security and resilience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in physical security, logistics security, or operational risk management within supply chain or warehouse settings.

• In-depth knowledge of TAPA and CTPAT standards.

• Strong understanding of physical security technologies and measures for facility protection.

• Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with third-party vendors.

• Proven capability to lead complex incident investigations.

• A BA/BS degree or professional security certification (e.g., CPP, PSP) is preferred.
