Regional Education Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Rhode Island.

📋 Description

• Deliver administrative assistance to guarantee that all student requirements are fulfilled at clinical region sites.

• Manage the onboarding process for all clinical locations where students will undertake core clinical rotations, clinical obligations, electives, and selective rotations.

• Collaborate with various hospital education departments to ensure the submission of all necessary documentation.

• Verify that all health requirements are current and meet site-specific criteria.

• Understand platforms essential for the confirmation and onboarding process for clinical rotations.

• Coordinate VSLO Support and upload required rotation documents to VSLO.

• Review VSLO applications biweekly and determine their readiness for release to the hosting institution.

• Provide clinical site data necessary for accreditation purposes.

• Assist the credentialing team, as needed, in procuring preceptor CVs and adjunct faculty applications.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by ATSU-SOMA Deans, Clinical Curriculum, Clinical Education, and the ATSU-SOMA Dean.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma coupled with one year of technical training or education.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in virtual communication and collaboration tools (Zoom).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google shared Docs and Forms.

• Knowledge of Adobe software.

• Strong organizational abilities.
