This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the development of the team to market strategic and intricate hardware, software, consulting, services, and multi-year financing agreements in the South Atlantic Region.
• Create a substantial sales pipeline, ideally aiming for four times the assigned targets.
• Generate and present accurate sales forecasts on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Guide the team in implementing Optiv's Force Management and MEDDICC sales processes and performance management.
• Align client engagement strategies with Optiv's mission, principles, culture, and value proposition.
• Establish and nurture relationships with Optiv's Core and Select technology partners.
• Implement marketing campaigns for both Optiv and vendor partners.
• Collaborate with Services, Client Operations, Human Resources, and Executive Leadership to enhance revenue growth and client satisfaction.
• Identify, refine, and utilize best sales practices in conjunction with peer Regional Directors across North America.
• Recruit, manage, and mentor sales professionals.
• Drive revenue growth while fostering strategic relationships with the regional client base.
• Cultivate executive relationships to position Optiv as the leading provider of security solutions.
• Recruit, mentor, and develop professionals in cybersecurity sales.
• Articulate Optiv's value proposition in relation to security services and technology expertise.
• 5–10 years of demonstrated experience managing sales teams in security technology and services.
• Proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar gross margin quotas.
• Experience in developing sales professionals to improve performance or managing them out of the organization.
• Strong business acumen that connects business objectives with business and cybersecurity risks.
• Executive presence with the ability to forge strong relationships at the executive level.
• Capability to develop and implement territory and strategic account management plans.
• Proven ability to cultivate productive relationships with key executives and sponsors within assigned accounts.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of sales, technical, and support personnel.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Experience in building and marketing complex, multi-year hardware, software, services, and financing solutions to Fortune 1000 accounts.
• Knowledge and experience in IT infrastructure, Risk, and Compliance markets and competitors.
