Recruitment Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Aligning candidate profiles with hiring managers;

• Advertising job openings on recruitment platforms and social media;

• Reviewing resumes;

• Reaching out to candidates and coordinating interviews;

• Conducting both in-person and virtual interviews;

• Administering tests and behavioral evaluations;

• Compiling candidate assessment reports;

• Tracking recruitment metrics;

• Assisting with onboarding processes and the integration of new employees.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields;

• Prior experience in recruitment and selection;

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities;

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Highly organized, adaptable, and possessing an analytical mindset.
