This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Accountable for generating and producing reports that deliver analytics to the global recruiting team up to executive management; create and oversee weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
• Promptly address ad-hoc data requests, including research, reporting, and analysis inquiries from recruiting team members, as well as Operations, Business Development, and other departments at Parexel.
• Examine recruitment data and metrics to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for enhancement in the hiring process.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) associated with recruitment.
• Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to comprehend their requirements and deliver data-driven recommendations.
• Assist in the creation and execution of new recruitment strategies informed by data insights.
• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of recruitment operations through process mapping and optimization.
• Design standardized tools, methodologies, and business processes aimed at enhancing the efficiency of research, reporting, and analysis.
• Develop and present critical findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders, clearly communicating the strategies employed as well as potential limitations and considerations.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is mandatory.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR analytics or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities with expertise in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Demonstrated success in creating innovative solutions for complex and ambiguous challenges, and effective collaboration across teams and levels.
• Capability to articulate complex strategic decisions for management to communicate to business leaders with clarity and precision.
• Problem solver with a focus on continuous improvement and automating processes for scalability.
• Proficiency in querying databases with precise logic (Workday, LinkedIn, Salesforce).
• Ability to analyze and extract meaningful insights from large and complex data sets.
• Advanced skills in data manipulation and transformation.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.
• Energetic and enthusiastic self-starter.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms; experience with Workday is advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
