Recall Analyst, Italian Native Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for healthcare professionals involved in recall initiatives.

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls regarding recall inquiries, delivering precise and prompt information.

• Support the execution of protocol-specific tasks remotely via telephone, email, fax, and various online platforms.

• Keep all documentation and records related to recall projects organized and up to date.

• Ensure that all project-specific data is accurately updated and maintained in internal databases, tracking systems, and project plans.

• Oversee recall progress and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college certificate or equivalent experience (12 years of education).

• Prior experience in a BPO with technology support or clinical background is advantageous.

• Understanding of the Pharma industry is a plus.

• Native proficiency in Dutch or Nordic languages is essential.

• Fluent in English is mandatory.

• Proficient in Windows Operating System.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
