Recall Analyst, German Native Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee and coordinate recall initiatives

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls pertaining to recall questions

• Organize and maintain documentation files and records for recall projects

• Track recall progress and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations

⛳️ Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent experience (12 years of education)

• Prior experience in a BPO with tech support or clinical background is advantageous

• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial

• Native German speaker

• Fluent in English - Required

• Competence in Windows Operating System

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
