This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

• Capture exceptional interior and exterior images for both residential and commercial properties.

• Provide additional services such as 2D Floor Plans, Matterport tours, and Drone/Aerial photography (if applicable).

• Uphold a professional, punctual, and friendly demeanor on-site.

• Upload raw files by 10:00 PM EST on the same day as the shoot.

• Proven experience in professional Real Estate or Architectural Photography.

• Equipment: Full-frame DSLR or Mirrorless camera with a wide-angle lens (16mm–17mm equivalent) and a sturdy tripod (Canon/Nikon preferred).

• Transportation: Reliable vehicle and a smartphone.

• Soft Skills: An exceptional eye for detail, excellent communication abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

• Preferred Qualifications: FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate (Drone Certified).

• Familiarity with Matterport or similar 360° technology.

• Skills in Professional Videography.

• Knowledge of advanced shooting techniques (HDR, Flambient, etc.).
