RCM Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Possess extensive experience in hospital inpatient, outpatient, CAH, Method I & II, RHC, and provider-based billing.

• Capable of independently processing hospital and professional claims.

• Able to conduct thorough follow-up on hospital accounts receivable independently.

• Proficient in executing comprehensive procedures for effective denial management without supervision.

• Gain familiarity with our proprietary technologies and tools.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma (a college degree is preferred).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital accounts receivable/billing is required.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Outlook.

• Familiarity with various hospital electronic medical records (EMRs) such as Cerner, Epic, McKesson, CPSI, Meditech, etc.

• Experience with various billing systems including SSI, Quadax, Availity, etc.

• A collaborative team player.
