Radiology Physician, Medical Case Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform objective medical case evaluations utilizing standardized assessment criteria

• Assess the timeliness and appropriateness of the care delivered

• Identify opportunities for quality enhancement

• Review cases initiated for non-standardized performance improvement purposes

• Evaluate medical decision-making and adherence to best practices

• Offer expert medical insights

• Analyze intricate clinical situations from an impartial, evidence-based viewpoint

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess an active, unrestricted physician license in any U.S. state or territory

• Hold board certification in a specialty acknowledged by the American Board of Medical Specialties

• Have a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in your area of specialization

• Accumulate at least 2 years of recent clinical practice relevant to case reviews

• Be actively involved in direct patient care (minimum of 20 clinical hours per month)

• Maintain hospital privileges in your specialty

• Be fluent in English (strong reading and writing skills are essential)
