Physician Medical Case Reviewer, Hematology/Oncology

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform objective medical case evaluations utilizing standardized assessment criteria

• Assess the timeliness and appropriateness of the care delivered

• Identify opportunities for quality enhancement

• Review cases that are initiated for non-standardized performance improvement purposes

• Evaluate medical decision-making and adherence to best practices

• Offer expert medical insights

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted medical license in any U.S. state or territory

• Board certification in either Hematology or Medical Oncology

• At least 5 years of clinical experience in your area of specialty

• A minimum of 2 years of recent clinical practice pertinent to case reviews

• Actively involved in direct patient care (at least 20 clinical hours per month)

• Hospital privileges in your area of specialty

• Proficient in English (strong reading and writing skills required)
