This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +4 more states.
• Deliver and maintain Identity and Access Management capabilities across the bank.
• Engage in the daily operations and upkeep of the RACF security engineering team and related systems.
• Design and uphold cybersecurity solutions.
• Collaborate with IAM, Enterprise, and Application Architects to clarify the work required for implementing mainframe technologies.
• Assist with vendor relations and assessments or recommendations concerning vendors and technologies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of Mainframe Engineers.
• Promote ongoing learning, skill enhancement, and teamwork within the Role Engineering team.
• Lead actions in response to RACF-related security incidents and execute corrective measures.
• Collaborate with the Portfolio Manager to advance IAM and RACF program strategy, roadmap, goals, and milestones.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.
• Associate's degree or 4+ additional years or equivalent experience.
• Over 6 years of experience in Information Security.
• More than 6 years of experience in gathering requirements and successfully implementing RACF security and mainframe technologies.
• Professional experience as a RACF Administrator is preferred.
• Experience in production support and the design of cybersecurity technologies is preferred.
• Operational experience with security technologies is preferred.
• Experience in delivering and maintaining cloud IAM lifecycle across AWS, Azure, and GCP is preferred.
• Experience in implementing zSecure capabilities, including zAlert, is preferred.
• Familiarity with SIEM products for reports and dashboards supporting a Mainframe Governance program is preferred.
• Experience in building RACF reports in zSecure to validate database authenticity is preferred.
• Experience in onboarding and decommissioning applications within RACF structures is preferred.
• Experience in administering IAM, access controls, security, risk management, and security governance frameworks at scale is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of SSO, MFA, Active Directory, PKI, privileged accounts, and API capabilities is preferred.
• Preferred certifications include CISSP and CISM.
