Quality Auditor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Perform audits and assessments of files based on established criteria across various service lines, products, and clientele.

• Meticulously document audit results and findings.

• Aid in generating reports that highlight compliance levels, risks, trends, and areas needing improvement.

• Collaborate with team members to uphold audit quality and uniformity.

• Oversee audits from the planning stage to completion.

• Prepare audit documentation and coordinate audit logistics.

• Engage with internal stakeholders and clients throughout the auditing process.

• Facilitate audit review meetings with the broader Audit & Risk Team.

• Create and deliver final audit reports.

• Lead discussions with stakeholders regarding audit results.

• Establish and track corrective actions to resolve identified issues.

• Assist in follow-up reviews to verify the effective implementation of corrective actions.

• Minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above, or at least two years of experience in a professional setting.

• Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office applications.

• Strong organizational and workload management capabilities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Familiarity with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) is advantageous.

• Previous experience in file handling is beneficial.

• Exposure to auditing, quality assurance, compliance, or risk management activities is an advantage.
