Quality Analyst - Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with creating and upholding the test strategy (both manual and automated), encompassing all tiers of software testing (unit, component, integration, end-to-end);

• You will take charge of formulating the test plan and executing test cases for an entire project across various platforms and its multiple functionalities;

• You will ensure comprehensive test coverage by collaborating with project and development teams to prioritize test execution and communicate progress and outcomes;

• You will enhance QA productivity through automation, tools, and the implementation of best practices;

• You will advocate for improvement initiatives within the department and produce quality metrics to illustrate the effects of those enhancements;

• Additionally, you will be responsible for fostering a quality culture throughout the organization;

• You will engage and collaborate with other development teams within the Telefônica group in Brazil and globally.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in STEM or technology disciplines such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or related areas is advantageous;

• Advanced understanding of B2C Mobile business processes and customer service systems;

• Experience in functional testing, both manual and automated;

• Familiarity with creating and executing test plans using tools such as ALM Octane and Jira;

• Experience in testing web and mobile applications;

• Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum);

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);

• Desirable experience with DevOps and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes;

• Desirable experience in testing AI agents and LLM models;

• Strong interpersonal skills and the capability to build relationships with peers;

• Resilience and a willingness to learn, unlearn, and relearn continually;

• Effective communication with users, technical teams, and managers to gather requirements, plan tests, and report results;
