This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Take charge of the effective implementation and adoption of the Qualified Conversational Marketing Platform for both new and existing clients.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest advancements in sales and marketing technology.
• Revamp sales and marketing workflows to harness the benefits of conversational marketing.
• Guide customers through the Qualified Implementation Framework, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects to define the ideal technical architecture for clients integrating Qualified products.
• Record technical requirements to develop a Qualified Data Model that aligns with clients' business goals.
• Build strong consultative relationships with various business units within client organizations.
• Recognize successful clients and partner with the Marketing team to create advocates through case studies and testimonials.
• Conduct executive analyses of customer health scores to meet renewal objectives.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Mid Market/Enterprise software.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing abilities.
• In-depth working experience with Salesforce CRM.
• Familiarity with marketing automation systems.
• Understanding of web/scripting technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SaaS applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the capability to deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements.
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with diverse responsibilities.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• A strong passion for enabling customer success through software solutions.
• Experience a dynamic environment where hard work, continuous learning, and enjoyment are part of the daily routine.
• Receive coaching and education for key stakeholders on Conversational Marketing.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with essential stakeholders.
• Participate in internal product discussions, translating customer feedback into actionable insights.
