This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Preparation, review, and thorough analysis of QSMS management standards;
• Analysis and validation of legal compliance along with hazards/risks within the Unit’s recording system;
• Engagement in the application of risk analysis tools within processes;
• Compile and revise the list of environmental aspects, impacts, hazards, and safety and health risks, while proposing and updating control measures;
• Develop and refresh instructional materials and scripts for QSMS training;
• Create presentations for QSMS lectures;
• Conduct presentations and QSMS training sessions;
• Prepare materials and engage in QSMS campaigns as per the schedule;
• Provide advisory support to DSMS and/or contractors;
• Prepare and update the inspection timetable;
• Create checklists for conducting inspections;
• Execute QSMS audits and/or inspections at bases and operational fronts, meeting set targets;
• Analyze action plans addressing non-conformities identified during inspections/audits;
• Document non-conformities found in audits and inspections in the computerized system;
• Oversee the implementation of actions addressing non-conformities from inspections/audits;
• Assist in the execution of Corporate Plans;
• Support the analysis of contractors’ BAD and IDF documents;
• Aid in contract oversight to ensure completion of the IDF SMS questionnaire;
• Conduct final evaluations of SMS performance for Service Providers to guide future hiring decisions;
• Support verification of suppliers’ adherence to legal requirements;
• Assist in creating Checklists (CL) for periodic contract SMS evaluations based on the contract SMS annex and relevant characteristics and requirements;
• Verify, record, and manage the Unit’s Deviations program;
• Validate and analyze the treatment of deviations documented in the Unit’s Deviations program;
• Register and monitor actions addressing anomalies in computerized systems;
• Track QSMS anomalies using the Unit’s proprietary system;
• Communicate documented deviations to the Unit’s operational management;
• Participate in meetings focused on deviation treatment;
• Monitor action plans aimed at minimizing anomalies;
• Advise management on strategies for resolving deviations;
• Consolidate data, monitor, and measure QSMS indicators;
• Update the Unit’s computerized systems with indicator data;
• Prepare presentations of QSMS data and indicators for management review meetings;
• Enter and refresh data regarding resource registers, drill planning, maintenance of emergency plans, and emergency control in computerized systems;
• Oversee drills conducted by chartered vessels managed by the Unit;
• Gather information and reports concerning employees’ work histories;
• Engage in the implementation of programs and projects;
• Support the control, planning, and scheduling of technical and managerial activities;
• Manage QSMS training processes;
• Update the QSMS training matrix;
• Manage information for the Management team;
• Control the inventory of personal protective equipment (PPE), establishing restocking parameters for each item;
• Generate a monthly report indicating average consumption of each PPE item;
• Create requisitions for material procurement;
• Organize PPE inventory;
• Distribute requested PPE items;
• Update PPE delivery records;
• Oversee PPE management within the Unit;
• Continuously update safety anomaly recording and control systems;
• Provide advisory support in planning and executing drills;
• Ensure evidence of completed drills and compliance with action plans generated from Unit drills and emergencies;
• Conduct surveys and assist in analyzing impacts related to change management, translating them into actionable plans;
• Analysis and validation of legal compliance and hazards/risks in the Unit’s recording system (duplicate task in original, included for completeness);
• Participation in the application of risk analysis tools within processes (duplicate task in original, included for completeness);
• Engage in the preparation of operational and occupational risk studies;
• Participate in the preparation of materials for QSMS Management Review meetings and present results along with identified improvement requests;
• Oversee drills conducted by chartered vessels managed by the Unit;
• Proficiency in business intelligence tools (Power BI) and advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to simplify complex topics into understandable solutions and create a compelling narrative that unites stakeholders;
• Customer- and data-focused, with a commitment to continuous learning and refining strategies to deliver user insights and maximize business impact;
• Strong sense of ownership and personal accountability, capable of managing deadlines and internal stakeholder expectations;
• Experience in planning and control, as well as process development and reengineering;
• Ability to develop and operationalize data/metrics (e.g., requirements for business outcomes and value generation);
• Desirable: knowledge of SQL for querying databases and producing analyses;
