Python Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-file coding assignments encompassing bug resolution, feature enhancement, refactoring, and testing.

• Draft clear natural-language specifications alongside reference implementations.

• Create and enhance unit and integration test suites.

• Evaluate peer-generated tasks for accuracy, clarity, and feasibility.

• Recognize edge cases, ambiguities, and possible failure modes.

• Ensure consistency between specifications, code, and anticipated outputs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional professional written communication skills in English.

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in software engineering.

• High proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript; familiarity with Java, C#, or Go.

• Experience in backend or full-stack development within production environments.

• Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., pytest, Jest, JUnit, xUnit, Go testing).

• Demonstrated ability to debug and navigate extensive, multi-file codebases.

• Experience conducting code reviews, refactoring, and managing production migrations.
