Public Records Research Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct searches on County Recorder, County Assessor, and GIS websites to locate home sales and deed transactions for designated new home developments.

• Analyze GIS and deed records to determine parcel ownership.

• Present your findings via a web portal for evaluation by a Regional Research Manager.

• Basic knowledge of residential real estate or a willingness to acquire new knowledge.

• Exceptional attention to detail coupled with strong research abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Outstanding time management capabilities and a dependable self-starter.
