Psychotherapist, LCSW/LMHC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver virtual-first psychosocial evaluations and skill-oriented psychotherapy to individuals experiencing serious mental health challenges.

• Enhance patient engagement and ensure continuity of care.

• Offer audio-only follow-up sessions in case of technical difficulties.

• Record treatment responses and keep track of clinical symptoms.

• Provide assistance and advocacy for caregivers and family members.

• Lead and facilitate support groups and group therapy sessions.

• Identify social determinants of health that the team will address.

• Engage in huddles and collaborate in multidisciplinary communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in screening for prevalent mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Skilled in assessment and treatment planning for common mental health and/or substance use disorders.

• Experience in delivering psychotherapy through telehealth platforms.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as one of the following in Florida (or eligibility to obtain licensure in Florida): Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

• Strong ability to collaborate and communicate effectively within a team environment.

• Capability to maintain professional and effective relationships with patients and other team members.

• Comfort in working within a startup atmosphere with a rapidly evolving team.
