This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Address requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFIs), and sources sought notifications (SSNs)
• Manage proposal templates, which include methodologies, case studies, and resumes
• Analyze and interpret RFPs, create requirements matrices, and investigate requesting organizations
• Develop polished and persuasive proposals, statements of work, and responses to RFI/SSN
• Oversee assigned RFPs throughout the entire proposal development and delivery process
• Enhance and create new proposal templates
• Conduct research to comprehend current and emerging service offerings
• Ensure alignment in tone, voice, company mission, and branding
• Collaborate with graphic designers to produce engaging visuals
• Work with subject matter experts to gather necessary technical information
• Communicate in a clear and efficient manner
• 1–5 years of experience in proposal writing
• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
• Capability to take charge of the proposal writing process
• Skill in producing engaging content with a cohesive message
• Proficiency in interpreting complex RFP requirements and ensuring they are addressed
• Capacity to perform under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Quick learner with the ability to grasp current and new tools
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to adapt in a small, dynamic work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management capabilities
• Proficient in Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms)
• Familiar with Asana and EOS concepts
• APMP and/or Shipley certification/training is preferred
• Experience in writing proposals within the cybersecurity or other technical domains is preferred
• Background in creating proposals for public sector (SLED/Fed) clients is preferred
• Ability to work remotely full-time during U.S. business hours, preferably Pacific Time
