This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will perform internal and external inspections of residential, commercial, and special-purpose properties.
• Our dedicated service team will manage and schedule your routes, enabling you to concentrate on your primary responsibilities.
• As a member of our nationwide service network, you will handle 5 pre-arranged daily routes, totaling approximately 40 appointments per week.
• In your designated region, you will be tasked with evaluating and documenting the technical condition of various properties.
• Your responsibilities include taking measurements, calculating living areas, and recording the current construction status along with any necessary maintenance activities.
• You will frequently share updates digitally with your colleagues regarding current team matters.
• You possess a passion for real estate and have some experience in the property sector or a keen interest in this dynamic field.
• Ideally, you have familiarity with area measurements and on-site measurement tasks.
• You are communicative, dependable, and capable of working independently.
• Your strengths include attention to detail, conscientiousness, and a responsible approach to your work.
• Maintaining a tidy, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor is crucial to you, even in high-pressure situations.
• You are proficient in using Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook.
• A valid Class B driver's license and sufficient driving experience are required for the company vehicle.
• Your profile is complemented by excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
