Property Inspector – Field-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties both internally and externally.

• Independently evaluate and record the structural and technical state of properties.

• Perform measurements and calculate living areas (floor space).

• Document the existing construction status and maintenance activities.

• Engage in regular digital communication with the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong interest in real estate along with some experience in the sector.

• Preferably experienced in measuring floor areas and conducting site measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work autonomously.

• High level of accuracy, conscientiousness, and responsible behavior.

• Service-oriented attitude and a friendly demeanor.

• Proficient in Office programs such as Excel, MS Teams, and Outlook.

• Possession of a Class B driving license and relevant driving experience.

• Very good command of the German language, both written and spoken.
