This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +34 more states.
β’ Discover creative solutions to address diverse questions, issues, and concerns.
β’ Manage and thoughtfully address all incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.
β’ Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening.
β’ Work with sensitive customer information and handle it with care.
β’ Strive to resolve issues during the first contact by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding.
β’ Communicate effectively with customers, employing retention strategies when necessary.
β’ Recognize customers who are comparing options and inquiring about contract terms, guiding them to the appropriate pricing plan.
β’ Compassionately navigate delicate situations related to healthcare requirements, education, and preventive planning.
β’ High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.
β’ At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
β’ Must be at least 18 years old.
β’ Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.
β’ Comfortable using desktop computer systems with a general understanding of Windows-based platforms.
β’ Prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.
β’ A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
