Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Representative – Non-Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +34 more states.

📋 Description

• Discover creative solutions to address diverse questions, issues, and concerns.

• Manage and thoughtfully address all incoming and outgoing customer inquiries.

• Deliver outstanding customer service through attentive listening.

• Work with sensitive customer information and handle it with care.

• Strive to resolve issues during the first contact by being proactive, patient, empathetic, and understanding.

• Communicate effectively with customers, employing retention strategies when necessary.

• Recognize customers who are comparing options and inquiring about contract terms, guiding them to the appropriate pricing plan.

• Compassionately navigate delicate situations related to healthcare requirements, education, and preventive planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification.

• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Ability to type a minimum of 25 words per minute.

• Comfortable using desktop computer systems with a general understanding of Windows-based platforms.

• Prior customer service and/or sales experience is preferred.

• A college degree is preferred but not mandatory.
