This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Plays a key role in enhancing the experience surrounding life events by preparing premium quotes and issuing insurance contracts.

• Evaluate the unique requirements of each member and client.

• Offer assistance in selecting suitable coverage while promoting customized services.

• Monitor files and assess renewals that require special underwriting attention.

• Manage First Notice of Loss (FNOL) calls from clients and evaluate the client's condition during these interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A college diploma is preferred.

• At least two years of substantial client service experience.

• Alternative combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may also be taken into account.
