This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.
• Facilitate comprehensive project operations by ensuring precise setup, upkeep, and governance of project data throughout various systems.
• Sustain high-quality project and financial information to facilitate precise reporting, forecasting, and adherence to organizational policies.
• Oversee timesheet processes and support overall time tracking compliance among delivery teams.
• Provide operational assistance to consulting teams by addressing requests, resolving issues, and ensuring timely execution of essential processes.
• Conduct regular data reviews and audits to detect discrepancies, ensure data integrity, and maintain governance standards.
• Implement project lifecycle updates, encompassing project creation, modifications, and closure activities.
• Support vendor and third-party data management, ensuring accurate system records and alignment with operational requirements.
• Apply and uphold standardized processes, tools, and data structures to promote consistency and scalability across the organization.
• Identify process inefficiencies and engage in continuous improvement initiatives, including automation opportunities.
• Collaborate across functions with delivery, finance, and operations stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of consulting engagements.
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, project support, or business process roles, ideally within a consulting or customer success environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and quality.
• Experience with CRM and PSA tools (e.g., Salesforce, Upland) or equivalent systems.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume transactional tasks with consistency and discipline.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to meet recurring deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, using sound judgment to adjust messaging, detail level, and approach based on the audience (e.g., delivery teams, leadership, and cross-functional partners).
