Project Manager – SAP (Mid/Senior)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for planning, coordinating, and executing SAP projects.

• Ensuring completion within established timelines, scope, and budget.

• Responsible for managing implementation projects, digital transformation initiatives, and migrations to SAP S/4HANA.

• Serve as the primary liaison among clients, project teams, and executive leadership.

• Guarantee that project delivery adheres to quality standards, schedules, scope, and budget constraints.

• Advocate for operational excellence, client satisfaction, and value generation for the business.

• Oversee the entire lifecycle of SAP projects from initiation to closure.

• Conduct executive and operational meetings with clients, sponsors, and stakeholders.

• Lead cross-functional teams that include functional consultants, ABAP, BASIS, Integration, Security, and other SAP specialists.

• Ensure adherence to SAP Activate, PMBOK, Agile methodologies, and governance best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end SAP projects.

• Involvement in SAP Greenfield implementation projects.

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA Brownfield conversion projects.

• Background in rollout, upgrade, digital transformation, and AMS projects.

• Familiarity with projects involving multiple SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, EWM, HCM, RE-FX, among others).

• Proven capability in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience overseeing budget, schedule, scope, quality, risks, and resources.

• Background in SAP consulting firms or significant corporate transformation programs.

• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams distributed across various locations.

• Adaptability to multicultural environments and experience working with international clients.
